Skol apartments, Marbella.
Occupying Marbella’s finest location, the Skol apartments enjoy a prime position on the resort’s seafront.
The apartments are separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade. fringed with palm trees.
The complex is opposite a picturesque wooded park and is within easy walking distance of the winding cobbled streets of the Old Town.
The apartments are surrounded by beautiful semi-tropical gardens, with extensive lawns for sunbathing on the sun beds.
Please note there is a small charge of €2.00 (increasing to €3.00 from 01/01/2024) per day, for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.
There are 3 swimming pools, one with a children’s shallow area.
In the immediate vicinity, there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and a short distance away is the renowned Puerto Banus.

The apartment sleeps 2 people, as the bedroom has a super-king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds.
Up to 2 foldaway beds can be supplied to sleep a further 2 people in the lounge, for a small local charge, if required.
This west-facing, 8th floor air-conditioned apartment, has fabulous views along the coast towards Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, the Pillars of Hercules and the North African coastline.
Refurbished and fitted to a high standard, with a modern, open plan, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. These include induction hob, fan oven, cooker hood, large fridge-freezer, washer drier, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
An added benefit is a fitted water filter tap in the kitchen, eliminating the need to buy heavy bottles of water.
The lounge is fully air-conditioned and has a 40″ flat screen Smart TV with UK and International TV channels.
The bedroom is also fully air-conditioned and has 2 single beds, which can convert to a super king-size bed, large sliding door wardrobe with safe, as well as a 32″ flatscreen smart TV with Freeview channels.
There is a modern fully tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The apartment has a large west-facing balcony that has tremendous views and basks in the afternoon and evening sun.
The balcony benefits from a remote-controlled electric awning to give shade if required.
All windows and patio door have electronic persiana blinds on the outside that can also keep out the blaze of the sun.
Ideal for a relaxing and fun holiday.
