Stayed here several times before and it gets better each time. Spotlessly clean with excellent facilities and probably the best view in Marbella. We can’t thank Des and Vanessa for their attentive service. Can’t wait for our next visit.

We had just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment. It was everything we could have asked for, modern, spacious and was probably the best equipped apartment we have stayed at in all our travels. The apartment had no faults whatsoever and is a credit to the owners who obviously care about providing the best for the folk like us to enjoy a nice relaxing place to call home for a week.
The view from the balcony is outstanding and the sun in the afternoon and evening was an added extra. The grounds of the apartment complex were great, nice garden area for sunbeds and the plants and trees were very well kept .The apartment complex staff did a great job.
The location was excellent , very central to everything and well within walking distance.
Not much more to add other than we were planning our next visit here after a few days it was so impressive.

 

Hi there Des and Vanessa, we just thought we’d let you know how much we are enjoying your fabulous Spanish apartment.  Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to be in such tasteful surroundings! The weather has been lovely since we arrived on Wednesday. The wind has been quite strong today, so no awning down and windows firmly closed.  We are looking after it. 

Some of our Skol company is here, not too many,  but nice to enjoy seeing them again, although we are totally wrapped up in waiting for “baby news ” from home. Our younger son’s wife is being taken in to hospital tomorrow morning to be induced. ! First baby for them. All very very exciting !!!      Future customers??

Hope you’re well. Just back from yet another fab chill out week in Marbella….and your apartment is lovely!! Are you still going to be renting it out?  We are considering going back (yet again!) next year if you are still renting it out. Karen

Well, what can we say. We have been coming to the Skol for 30 years. This has been truly lovely. It is liking staying in a hotel, rather than an apartment.Can’t wait to come back. Judging by all the comments, we will need to book very early! Best wishes, Lindsay and Jerry

Having been coming to Marbella to stay the Skol for the past eleven years, it was always going to be hard to make us love it any more!! This apartment did. Hi Des, What I wanted to say was we had a fab time & your apt was fab. Everything was perfect. We had no pen & just found visitor book on Sunday so hence no review.  So on our behalf please write Date  23-30th July. My daughter & I loved ‘Our Space’ for a heavenly week with the most amazing view. The comfort was second to none. Thank you Des for all your assistance & help. Everything was so straightforward & organised. A special mention to Stan for his quick assistance on Tv call! We’re having a great time and apart from a blip in the weather at Easter we have had superb weather, your apartment is wonderful , you’ve forgotten nothing in the refurbishment and we’re enjoying the sound of the sea and the fabulous sunsets. Jean and Peter

Hi, we liked your apartment very much and had a good time in Marbella. Awful weather when we came back to Malmö – -12 C – a real shock. Now we have adjusted ourselves to the nordic climate and are looking forward to Christmas with some of our children. – Per and Inge
